Concept Art

Like everything, before starting the actual piece of work, planning and concept art has to be produced. The image on the left is a rendered image from the final project and instead of having the canyons actually in the 3D scene, they will instead be the main part of the matte painting. In the image on the right, in the actual scene, there is a building outside the doors but like the canyons, it will be rendered out as a matte painting and placed in post.
