Texturing the road

To make get the texture of the road, I used a texture map of asphalt and plugged that bitmap into a composite map. I then went back to the original texture map and plugged that into a colour correction map and made the colour slightly lighter so it looked greyer instead of black and placed that colour correction map into the layer 2 slot on the composite map. I created a second colour correction map and made the texture darker and placed that into layer 3 on the composite map. After that, I made 2 noise maps and placed them into the layer 2 and 3 mask slots. I also used the bump, roughness and displacement maps on the texture as seen in the screenshot below.
