Once the images have rendered, take the images to photoshop and import the Ambient Occlusion layer over the top of it then go to the layer drop down menu where it says normal and change it to multiply. Use the opacity to change how strong that layer is. For other layers like the Reflection and Refract etc, use the screen option instead of multiply and like the Ambient Occlusion, use the opacity to change the strength.
