Modelling the Skirting

To model the skirting in the house, I used the line tool to create the shape seen in the image. I used the Bezier corner to create the curve in at the top. Once I had created the outline for the skirting, I then used the extrude tool to extrude it and placed it around the bottom of floor where the floor and wall meet.
