Making the Engine Clip

To make the engine clip, start off with a cylinder and made the radius slightly wider than the circle part on the base and placed it above the clips on the base mould then inset the top and bottom faces then bridged them together. After that, crate a copy of the original cylinder and move it up and scale it in as seen in the images below. Then create another cylinder and fit it in the middle of the top cylinder as seen in the first image.

To make the supports on the clip, simply add loops and set them the desired distance apart then bevel it inwards and upwards. Rotate the top polygon so it is facing the inner cylinder and bevel it outwards, towards the inner cylinder. The simply use the target weld on the vertices to weld the support to the to inner cylinder so that it looks like its part of the same mould.
