Lounge Design Research

The 4 images below are some of the layout designs I may use as inspiration for my model of the lounge (if I have decided that I wanna model the lounge). The 1st and 4th images are my favourite designs as they are both relatively simple in design and not over stylised with the way that the sofas are round the coffee table. I personally prefer the colours in the 1st image as it has a cosy warm feeling to it with out the colours being too strong.

I looked up some modern TV sets and a lot of them had cupboards and draws as well as shelves around the T.V. so I think I will probably do something similar in my house model.

Link in the images of the lounge layouts, the sofas are cornered and they look like they could fit around a coffee table. I quite like the idea of having storage units for things like books in the arms of the sofa as seen in images 1 and 3 and I also like the reclining sofa in the 5th image so i may end up combining the two designs to make my own style.
