Import the audio into Adobe Audition.

To get the old fashioned speaker sound that I used for the Radio audio and the T.V. audio, get audio of an old record cracking sound and turn it down so it isn't too loud.

Then select the main audio track, apply an FFT filter and set the pre-set to hold on EQ and then use the second to last point modify the sound to make it sound more like an old school T.V. or radio.

Import the animation preview render into Audition to use as reference then split the audio up and apply the club down stairs filter to make the audio sound like its coming from another room and use the fade in/out so to makes the audio change between sounding like its coming from another room and the same room as the camera moves around the house. Also set keyframes in the levels and volume levels to make the audio sound like it gets louder and quieter when the camera moves closer or further away from the source of the audio.

Then once that is done, export the audio.

Place the exported audio in a new file which will be where all the edited pieces of audio will be composited together to create the final piece of audio for the project.
