The first step to creating bifolding doors is to use the bifold door present in the create panel and fit it into the door way. Use the values change the size of the frames so they reached the preferred/required size. Change the door's fold to central so that when the doors open, they open from the middle outwards.

The next step is to detach the door fame from the doors and all the doors to each other and move the pivot points to the bottom corner where the fold will be (where the hinges will go).

Once all the doors have been detached and the pivot points have been moved, link all the doors together so that the 2nd door links to the 1st, 3rd links to 2nd and 4th links to 3rd ect. Then rotate to doors in a zig-zag way so that door 1 will rotate to the left (depending on which way the door is opening), door 2 to the right and door 3 to the left and so on. When rotating the doors, make sure that all of the folds are inline with each other and they all follow the door rails.

The last step was making the rails for the doors. To do this just add 2 tines going both vertical and horizontal on the floor and move the lines to they are inline with the door. Then simply extrude inwards from the information I found out, the rails are about 10.15mm deep so that's how much it extruded it by. After that, add a new line around the side polygons that have just been extruded, then select all the polygons in the top half of the line which has just been created then extrude then outwards. This will create the clip that holds the runners in the rails.
