To create a Linen material texture, fill the background with a colour using the fill bucket (I went for grey) and add some noise and keep the amount about 40.
Then add motion blur and make the angle at 90 degrees and distance at 90. Then create a duplicate and rotate that 90 degrees and reduce the opacity to 50%. Once that is done make sure to get rid of the seems(if there are any) by using the stamp tool.
Then go to 3DS Max and apply the texture and apply a UV Unwrap. Open the UV editor and go to mapping and keep the value at 45.
Once the UV has been flattened, select one of the green edges then click the custom stich and the edge should stich itself together creating a smooth wrap around that edge.
After all the edges have been stitched together, rescale the size so the texture looks like a fabric.
